Captivating Community
The former Marycrest convent building has been converted into 28 for-sale condo units of cohousing at the center of Aria Denver campus, Cohousing community moved into the redeveloped convent in the Summer of 2017. Cohousing is a type of intentional, collaborative housing in which residents actively participate in the community’s design and operation.
