Living Spaces

When completed Aria Denver, a 17.5-acre site, will feature over 400 dynamic residential units with contemporary and sustainable architecture, developed and built by award winning teams. Phase I features 72 affordable apartment units and 13 townhomes. Phase II of the project features the conversion of the Marycrest convent into 28 for-sale intergenerational cohousing condominium units.
