Fitness Zone Party

Cultivate Health will be hosting a Fitness Zone party this Saturday, July 7th from 10 AM – 12 PM, located at our new Fitness Zone just north of the Cohousing Community. There will be plenty of family friendly activities including a magic show, face painting and balloon art! Lunch will be provided by Dubbel Dutch sandwich shop.

Student physical therapists from Regis will also be out at the party demonstrating how to properly use the new equipment as well as examples of circuit training.
